Job Senior Product Manager. Remote, Subiaco

Your new role is part of Yappy’s Product team, based in Perth (yes, Perth!). You’ll contribute to Yappy’s mission by:

• Providing leadership support while our Head of Product is on Parental Leave as it relates to executing our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and customer needs. Note this is a permanent role and whilst our Head of Product will resume leadership activities when she returns, there will be ongoing opportunities for you as we scale our product
• Contributing to, and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines priorities, timelines etc.
• Communicating the product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams , and other stakeholders to drive product innovation, alignment and timely execution.
• Identifying opportunities that align with customer pain points and market trends, and addressing them.
• Ensuring processes are created, documented, and continually improved (you need to enjoy building as you go!).
• Supporting the growth of our Associate Product Manager - he’ll teach you the ins and outs of our Product, and you’ll empower him with your deep Product Management expertise.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Significant previous experience as Senior Product Manager.
• Demonstrated success owning the full product lifecycle in a high-growth, product-led tech scaleup or SaaS environment.
• Track record of delivering product strategy aligned with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience in delivering successful solutions as a direct result of championing effective collaboration between cross functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer-centric solutions.
• Willingness to roll up their sleeves, navigate ambiguity, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to align diverse stakeholders around product vision and priorities.
